We offer FREE SHIPPING on all Pre-Paid Orders!

What are the shipping charges?

If your payment is made via our secure Net banking/Credit Card/Debit Card payment gateway or in the case of Bank transfer and cheque payments, then shipping is free of cost within India. Send us an email on info@craftystyles.com and we will provide you with our bank account details.
If you select COD (Cash On Delivery) as your payment method, then an additional handling charge of Rs 50 is applied.

What if a product is currently out of stock in the size I want?

We usually replenish our stocks as soon as possible. You can leave your email address in the dialog box that pops up when you try to add an item that's out of stock to your cart to receive an email notification as soon as it's back in stock.

What are the charges for a bulk order?

We will try to deliver a bulk order in the most efficient and cheapest manner. Please feel free to contact us at info@craftystyles.com with your order details and we will customize the delivery as per your needs.

Cash on Delivery:

All orders placed with Cash on Delivery Request shall be shipped only after receiving confirmation from your end. Our Support shall call you in the registered mobile number within 24 hours of placing the order to get your confirmation. In the event, no response is received from your end, we shall cancel your order. At any time, you may re-order the products from the website in accordance with our Terms of Use.

The availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on the ability of our shipment partners servicing at your location to accept cash as a payment at the time of delivery.

International Shipping

If you'd like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please contact our Customer Care Executives or send us an email at info@craftystyles.com. Be sure to include a list of the products you like to purchase, along with the recipient address, phone number and email address. One of our Customer Care Executives will call you and explain the costs and time lines involved for international shipping and delivery.
